For our first ever double booking mistake it sure worked out really well!  Huge shout out to The Blandinas and Rocket Brigade for understanding and allowing us to interview members from both bands!  To be honest, it worked out well because they have a gig together in Shippensburg this Saturday at the Thought Lot and both bands are on Bad Taco Records so the cross promotion opportunity was too much to pass up!  We discuss the origins of each band and their current studio endeavors, their gear, and we take an extensive look at Bad Taco Records, a label for bands by bands.  DIY music at it's finest!  They're also releasing an all inclusive compilation of all the Bad Taco Records bands for your listening pleasure!  Lastly, we briefly touch on the film "The Barber" which we all seemed to enjoy so we're two for two in that realm!  Hang in there with the audio, we had 7 people in our podcast room last night but considering that I think it turned out great!  Check out the links below to listen to The Blandinas and Rocket Brigade and check out Bad Taco Records as well!  Cheers!

A very informing and detailed interview with artist Ryan Spahr on how he got started in tattooing, the types of clients he's had over the years, his favorite types of work, preferred tattooing music, as well as his future plans for after professional tattooing and much much more.  It's important to realize that he does other art work aside from tattoos; and he can draw more than just animals damnit!  Although he denies it, he is absolutely one of the best known artists in the HBG area and also award winning!  To close it out, we discussed the Australian horror film "The Babadook", which if I recall is the first film that all three of us and our guest enjoyed, so that's a plus!  It scared the piss out of most of us and is absolutely worth checking out if you're into the psychological type horror movies with excellent imagery in between.  Check out the links to Ryan's work below!  Cheers!

We interview our friend Kelly about the amazing opportunities she gets to shoot tons of bands big and small all over Pennyslvania and beyond!  We discuss how she got started, how these opportunities come into play, as well as the gear she uses.  Lastly, we briefly touch on the movie "Almost Famous" which admittedly 2/3 of us didn't watch but hey it's still a great cast!  Check out the links to Kelly's work below!
